What do you think of Grounded Learning?

Here I squat at the top of one of the volcanos on the Tongariro Crossing in New Zealand, and I am moved to share with the world my life experiences.  I plan on sharing more about how I learn, and what motivates me to want to not only engage in learning but share my learning with others.

As you have seen I have been dabbling in the self-assessments of learning styles and there are a few key elements that keep niggling in my mind about how I like to learn.  With music playing (music without lyrics), and by moving, or being on the earth.  I need images to help me remember the time and space and like to flip through information and pick out the gems that will stick.

I miss having people to bounce ideas off of because now I am all by myself and I have to tackle this on my own.  Typing and reading to chat on a forum is not my favorite way of communicating, and yet I will do it so that I can learn from anywhere in the world.
