My name is Jamie Black, I am here to hold a container for you to let go and regenerate.

As a professional guide, coach, Druidic Shamanic Healing Practitioner and Narrative Therapy Practitioner, I am here to bring a sense of wonderment, holding space to let go of pain and suffering. With support from Nature, the drum, the art and the music, you can find yourself regenerating your own resilience, the way Nature intended.

- Like an interview, where I take notes on your story and help you discern the truth at the core of who you are and help you flourish
Forest Bathing
- Science has proven that walking in the forest is good for the soul. I have been doing this with youth for over 20 years. Quiet, safe walks to ease the mind
- Shinrin Yoku studies have proven a boost of the immune system by spending time in Nature.
- Sometimes it is through our narrative, our landscape of understanding that we may take action. Sometimes it takes a guide to shift our eyes from the path we choose, to a new path, or even the peak of the mountain.
Kayak & Yak
- While out on the water I find so much solace. As a professional kayak guide for nearly 20 years, I know the power of silence, gently being held bobbing at sea.
Beach Wander
- Royston Beach truly is medicine.
XCountry Ski & Hot Cocoa
- Pack up your ski’s and come play with me… fill your thermos with hot Cocoa and let’s go get lost for a while!

In-Person Private Session Rate

$170CAN + 5% GST per hour.
Session Time Options

2 Hour – Initial Session
1.5 hr – subsequent sessions
Initial 3.5 hours required to be paid up-front (your first 2 sessions)
4 Hour Sessions (save $80CAN)

Online Private Session Rate

$120CAN + 5% GST per one hour session.
