stand behind the quality of everything we offer. This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and human. If something isn’t working for you, we want to know, and we will do our best to make it right within the terms below.


Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable resources, e-guides, templates, training materials, recorded webinars, online courses, and any other digital content offered through Wild Craft Play, The FUNdevelopers, or any affiliated brand.

All digital product sales are final.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds on downloadable or digital content once it has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions may be considered if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • You experienced a technical failure that prevented access and our team was unable to resolve it within 5 business days
  • The product was significantly misrepresented in its description

To request an exception, contact us within 10 days of purchase at jamieblack@wildcraftplay.com with your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.


Online Training Programs and Courses

For structured online training programs (including the Hazard and Risk Assessment Training and any future masterclass or cohort-based program):

  • Requests for a full refund must be submitted within 10 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of the course content
  • After 10 days or after significant course access, refunds will not be issued
  • If you are unable to continue due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out. We are committed to finding a solution, which may include a transfer to a future cohort or account credit

Private Online Sessions

Private sessions include one-on-one coaching, consulting calls, strategy sessions, and any individually booked virtual appointments.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private session
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full
  • No-shows without notice will be charged in full and the session will be considered complete
  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge or refunded in full at your request

We understand that life happens. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we will work with you.


Physical Products

Physical products (such as printed resources, art cards, or shipped materials) are subject to the following:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Art cards
  • Downloadable or printed-on-demand materials
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by our error
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Return a Physical Item:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.


Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow the following timeframes:

  • Credit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days
  • Other payment methods: up to 10 business days

If you have not received your refund within that window, please check with your bank or card provider first. Processing times vary by institution. If the issue persists, contact us directly.


Sale Items and Promotional Purchases

Items purchased at a discounted or promotional rate are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit in the value of the eligible return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
