Service

Return calls and emails promptly and be courteous, polite and helpful in all our communication.
Ensure that our clients and employees understand our programs and services and the rationale behind our decisions.
Guarantee that if unforeseen circumstances occur and that cancellation of programs or termination of work is required, we will be reasonable and flexible in our approach.
Give honest and current recommendations with regards to bicycle and outdoor sports equipment and accessories and refer clients and employees to retailers that have expertise in the appropriate field.

Safety

Be mindful at all times of the safety of our clients and employees and remind them on a regular basis of the rules for injury prevention.
Offer clients rental bikes that fit and that are in proper working condition in order to meet our safety standards.
Establish emergency response procedures (including first aid) in the event of a crisis.
Ensure that clients are well taken care of during all programs and ensure that a sufficient number of competent and well-trained employees are available.
Encourage and facilitate employee and volunteer training throughout the whole season.

Success

Create a work environment that maximizes the quality of experience for our clients and employees.
Acknowledge the differences in age, fitness levels and skill levels of our clientele and staff while treating everyone equally and with dignity.
