Basics & Beginnings of Outdoor Play

  • Maybe you have never tried taking a group outside and you want to, especially now. Let’s talk about what to wear, what to consider, how to solve problems and begin to trust yourself in the process.

Place-Conscious Ecological-Practice

  • What does Place-Conscious Ecological-Practice even mean? Think of “Place-based education” and shift it from a sense of Ownership and consumption, to a place of awe, reverence and humble contribution with and for the Earth.
  • Different topics include: current global and ecological trends, influences such as weather, other people, land access, intention, culture, diversity, equity, support systems, indigenous ways of knowing, personal practices, building resilience, giving back.

Time: 2 hour round-table by Zoom shared publicly

Rate: Speakers attend free, suggested $15 donation, recordings available as well.

Coyote’s Guide Field Games

  • 4 hours of learn-by-doing, fun with a purpose, practice social distancing activities, the key phrases used to instruct what to do and how to do it when it comes to things like tagging from a distance, etc.

Dramatic Play for Children
