Get out of the house and spend time on a beautiful piece of land in a garden that already exists. Just being on this land will be rejuvenating. You will benefit just by showing up.

Come together, connect, contribute and build resilience the way Nature intended.

Opt in to help, learn about gardening, plant, grow and harvest food for the farm and farm stand or simply show up and join in the conversation.

Throughout the growing season, different topics will naturally arise such as dealing with depression, anxiety, how to help our young ones cope, what types of coping strategies are working to help youth transition, and much more.

Theories, practices, and techniques will all be shared organically throughout each session by Jamie Black and invited guest speakers

Professional Support Staff will be minding the youth off-site by Homero Luis and Rootz (Alanna Balicki)

For the adults, this is a place to regenerate your resilience as a care provider, build up your tool kit and fill your cup.

All of the tools, soil, seeds, systems are in place. All you have to do is show up with gloves, tea, and something to kneel or sit on and breathe in the Nature.

Pre-registration is Due March 26th
(required for Covid Protocol)
