Build Confidence in Outdoor Play
Our Philosophy & Approach
We believe in teaching
you how to fish.
With 20+ years in the field as a professional outdoor guide and founder of Wild Craft Play with over 30 leaders trained, it’s time to teach you how to help yourself. We are a team of passionate people here to support leaders who take youth outside, learn to protect each other, the Earth, and strengthening communities.
What if building resilience regenerated confidence, leadership, and real-world skills? What if leaders didn’t have to struggle alone?Jamie Black
We coach and guide you through systems and strategies that are technically daunting alone, but manageable together. We help you build something that keeps working long after our engagement ends.

“All of them worked on what they were passionate about, it was part of what they were selling and what they were creating. Now they’ve gone beyond that, outside the classroom. All of them have… Wild Craft Play brings back the magic.” Kelli Rosenbeck
